Hello my friend I’m so glad you are well. I’m happy to hear that you are processing the activities of the past few weeks in your life with allot of grace. Remember what you have learned along the way compassion, understanding and believing in yourself are all tools for you to use. I guess it comes a time when we feel the real truth of our priorities in life. We have a duty to ourselves to BE HAPPY. True happiness only comes from within as you know. Sometimes we let other beings influence our happiness through their actions and involvement with us. Sometimes we chase those emotions to fulfil a void in our lives or perhaps for personal growth. But almost always we return to the state of I and what’s really important to us. I have started a new job a few months back. It’s by far the most satisfying work I have ever done. I am the head of philanthropy for a global organisation. My appointment only spans throughout Victoria and Tasmania but I have connections with many of my counterparts world wide. Basically I make the decisions where all the moneys goes as far as Grants for various things. The biggest contribution however is towards projects like emergency relief, issues of homelessness, drugs and alcohol rehabilitation, child care, soup busses type things etc. I approach big corporations like Coke, Telstra, Virgin, various banks, those kind of places and remind them of their social responsibility to the community. I highlight the need for them to be involved and to act as a catalyst for innovative and preventative programs to respond to urgent local need. So far I had great success in securing some very large gifts from them (we are talking 2.5 mill) for my causes. Even though my appointment doesn’t pay me as larger salary as I would like I still get payed in the form of the satisfaction I get in seeing the faces of the homeless that get fed in one of our many facilities across VIC TAS. Anyway, sorry I don’t want to bore you with all this. Remember to do a good did for a stranger today, this week or this month. Ive had permission from David (vida) to put some of many clips that i have of him onto YOUTUBE, so if you keep your eyes peeled and keep checking ill be adding as many as i can . There are already 2 clips on there which ive downloaded over the past 24 hrs. Most of the clips are excellent quality and very close!!! They are mostly from the GLAMOROUS showbar in Birmingham and KINKY BOOTS in Darlaston, Walsall. David has kindly allowed me to film his shows and ive been able to capture his performances over the past 12 months. As always thank you David.
